For Years Wakanda has lived is secrecy, but now they are opening their doors to the world and everyone is welcome!  You are invited into Wakanda to learn everything about their world down to their culture, customs, food, and technology of Wakanda and its tribes. You will be immersed in the world of Wakanda and their way of life! You will be guided through this educational, but lively experience as if you were a Wakandan. Everyone is welcome, what will you discover? Wakanda forever!  

The Golden City is the center place of Wakanda with its most iconic landmark, the Citadel, reaching high into the sky. The city cultivates a high energy fast paced atmosphere. There are always things to do from shopping in the streets, grabbing the native food, or taking pictures of the cityscape upon other activities.

You can also visit the mountains of the Jabari Tribe. Here you can explore the snowy mountain and see another side to Wakanda. The Jabari Tribe has been living in exhale, but have recently reconfirmed themselves into Wakandan culture. You can even stay the night inside the Jabari mountain in the themed resort hotel.

 Along with the Jabari Mountains and the Golden city, you can also take part of the Black Panther Coronation Ceremony in the ancient waterfall location. There you will learn about the ways of the Black Panther and what He has meant to Wakanda of the history in a lively and interactive show.

Rides,show

Warrior Falls:

Become an honorary member of one of the five Wakandan tribes in this one of a kind interactive show. Audience members will dress in traditional wakandan dress specific to the tribe they have chosen. Your journey will start with a ride across the river outside of the city to the Warrior falls, along the way you will learn and perform signature song and dance of the wakandan people. Once you reach the Warrior waterfalls an immersive show will begin, demonstrating the coronation ceremony of wakanda and teaching viewers the fighting styles of not only the Black panther but also various wakandan warriors. This will be an interactive show where the audience will learn chants and have an opportunity to challenge the black panther, or participate as a key supporting warrior in the ceremony. As you exit the show you will pass through the final room of the coronation ceremony into the ancestral plain. There will be a gift shop that mimics the atmosphere of the ancertrial plain selling merchandise ranging from the outfits in the show to various other wakandan artifacts. Audience members will make memories for years to come, and continue to make new memories as no two show is exactly the same.  

Shuri’s Ship Demonstration:

In this high intensity ride Shuri will demonstrate the impressive capability of wakandan tech, While riders discovery their own capability through adversity. As the key expert on wakandan tech, Shuri will take a crew of eager tourists on a joyride above wakanda in one of her remote controlled airships, all while explaining the technological advancements of the city below them. While in the air however Shuri losses remote control access to ship. This is where the unsuspecting tourists must learn to manually pilot the ship back to the docking station safely with the guidance of Shuri. A lower intensity version of the ride will also be available.

Monorail:

After A long day in the park enjoy this low intensity informative and beautiful ride through the underground of wakanda. This monorail will not only make it easier for tired park goers to reach other parts of the park but also provide a visually stimulating experience. Look out the windows of the monorail to find a stunning core of vibranium illuminating the dark caves underground, providing a light show for the riders. Riders will also hear a train conductor tell a series of stories relating to the vibranium, and lore of wakanda. With a series of stories and brilliant visuals this is a must for every park goer. The monorail will transport park goers from the hotel to various parts of the park and vice versa.

Food, merch, photo

Day/night market:

In the movie the two characters, t’challa and Nakia are seen walking through the city’s market and we see not only the culture but also how the technology is incorporated in this world. This would be a good movie scene to incorporate into the theme park to place shops, a sitting restaurant and food stalls.

The shops would sell merchandise based off of the Black Panther movie such as Black Panther’s mask, his necklace, purple flower amulets, afropunk beads as well as other marvel character’s merchandise (Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor). The sitting restaurant will be buffet style and will be based off of the ancestral plane, as seen in the movie. Overall it will have soft, purple mood lighting, and the walls will be painted to look like the African savanna. There will also be black panthers projected onto the walls as well as the ancestors, who will also be waiters and waitresses in the restaurant, they will be in costume and character.

As for food stalls in the open market, there is a brief scene in the movie where we see a grill cooking some kind of meat. This would be a fun and interactive element to bring into the stalls and people could buy meat skewers, or if they have dietary restrictions, vegetable skewers. There would also be drink options like water, soft drinks, and a special purple flower drink that would be based off of the Black Panther flower, that gives him his powers. It would include a collectable cup that would look like the plant itself that people could take home with them.

Lab:

Shuri’s lab in the movie is another interesting and interactive environment. It would be another good place to sell merchandise based off of the movie.

Shuri’s lab would also be a good location for a photo moment. It will include afropunk graffiti on the walls and advanced Wakandan technology that will be immersive and create a cool backdrop for any photo.

Waterfall:

The waterfall section, that will be included in the park designs, would be a great place to have a photo moment. It would not only include the majestic falls but also have a huge black panther stone statue that will be iconic and look great for a photo.

Mountains:

Lastly there will be a hotel in the mountains that will look like the Jabari tribe palace, it will have a beautiful view of the whole park and will be in the snowy mountains. And if that wasn’t enough for a photo moment, there will also be a huge ape statue that will be apart of the mountain itself and will depict the ape god Hanuman.
